As the colder weather sets in, headbands can be a great statement piece, bringing your locks to life on those bad hair days. These are some of my favourite looks.

I love bold colours in a velvet fabric, and this adds an element of cool to a somewhat effortless style.

I call this “Ballerina Chic”, a pop of colour and a hint of satin to brighten a grey day.

You can’t go wrong with black, but black and embellished is a real winner.

Loving this leather headband for something a little different. Would look great on a curly or messy piled up ‘do.

Wrap headbands always look great worn at the front of the head and help to disguise a growing out fringe.

Or set it back for a more girly feel. Statement earrings really compliment this look.
